We have been known in Limburg an der Lahn for over 10 years and have a large number of regular customers. Independent, decent ladies aged 18 and over can rent a room with us on a weekly basis! Valid papers (ID or passport) must be presented when moving in. Our apartments are in a very discreet location, only 2 minutes from the motorway (A3, exit: Limburg Nord). You have your own entrance. The hallway and entrance area are monitored by video. APARTMENT upstairs (3 rooms / each room has its own bell) 130 sqm with 3 fully equipped study rooms, large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Each room has a wardrobe, safe, security system, TV and WiFi, washing machine and dryer. Washing powder is provided. APARTMENT on the ground floor (2 rooms / each room has its own bell) Kitchen, bathroom, living room - ideal for 2 friends, washing machine is available in the laundry room in the basement. Washing powder is provided. Our apartments also have a spacious balcony or a wonderful terrace. On arrival you will always find the apartments in a clean condition. Furnishing: - The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes and pots - Our comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with a box spring bed 160x200m, a spacious wardrobe, safe, mirror and TV. In addition, there is a separate bell and a security system for each room. Bed linen is provided - There is a large, stylish bathroom that is tiled with Italian marble. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, urinal and an additional dressing table. Towels for you and your guests are provided (as well as skin disinfectant dispensers, facial tissues and toilet paper). Important! - No male company allowed (no boyfriends)! - Pets only by arrangement - Smoking is only permitted on the balcony and in the kitchen. - To keep the apartment tidy, we have house rules that are checked.
