The field of prostitution shows itself in many different facets and realities of life, which are shaped by an activity in this area. It takes place on the street, in clubs and brothels, in whorehouses, in appointment apartments or in the escort area.
The people - primarily women - that we meet there work under a wide variety of conditions: from sovereign and independent to massive poverty and extreme dependency.
What they all have in common, however, is that they continue to be socially excluded, discriminated against and stigmatized to a high degree because of their work.
