With male companion (then max. 3 people) Ideal for a LADY TEAM / for 2 friends. 2 single apartments, with one main entrance, then divided into 2 separate single apartments / 2 work rooms. Only the bathroom + kitchen are intended for shared use. ## Fully equipped apartment: 1 master double bed + 1 double box spring bed, cupboards + shelves + dining table with 4 chairs + storage room including vacuum cleaner/ ironing board/ iron/ mop/ broom/ etc. + kitchen including all kitchen utensils: 2-burner stove/ microwave/ coffee machine/ fridge with freezer compartment/ sink/ toaster/ pots/ pans/ dishes/ cutlery/ and much more) + washing machine/ bed linen/ urine bed sheets/ towels/ and much more. ## RENT PAYMENT: EACH WEEKLY RENT is always to be paid in FULL upon arrival in cash (or advance transfer via Pay-Pal). If requested, the rent can be paid in 2 parts, but then the rent increases by €50 and is to be paid as follows: 1) upon arrival at least 50% of the rent, plus a special fee of €50. 2) the second half/remaining rent must be paid no later than the 3rd day of rent. ## By arrangement, a TRIAL working day may be possible. Normally, the daily income is then divided 50% each/without rent payment on the trial day. ## Note on the property: A high-rise building with 7 floors The building/outdoor area/elevators are monitored by cameras for general security. Security is quickly on site to help in an emergency. However, in all the years it has never been necessary/never happened.
