The new premises are located in a well-maintained building on a busy shopping street in our beautiful city.
The building has an elevator, underground parking, and video surveillance at the entrance.
You can work here independently, alone or with a maximum of one other person.
Rent and security deposit are due upon arrival. The studio is available for weekly or daily rental. Male accompaniment is possible!
Right outside the door: tram stop, nail salon, shopping center, pharmacy, gas station, supermarket!
It is essential that you have valid identification and, ideally, speak fluent German.
